1. Introduction

Welcome to NDS Infotech. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the Terms & Conditions mentioned below. These terms apply to both clients (customers) and NDS Infotech (the company). If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Definitions

“Company” refers to NDS Infotech.
“Client” refers to the person or business purchasing services.
“Services” include app development, website development, SEO, SMO, Google Ads marketing, hosting, maintenance, UI/UX design, and other digital services.

3. Service Agreement

3.1 Project Scope

All services are provided as per the approved proposal or quotation. Any extra feature or change requested after approval will be charged separately.

Timelines are estimates. Delays from the client side (content, approval, payment) affect delivery.

4. Payments

All payments including advance are non-refundable.

4.3 Late Payments

Late payments may delay, suspend or terminate services.

5. Revisions & Modifications

We provide limited revisions as per the selected plan. Any extra revisions or major changes after approval will be charged separately.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership

The client owns the final output after full payment. However, the original source code remains property of NDS Infotech unless entirely purchased.

6.2 Portfolio Usage

We may showcase the client’s project for portfolio and marketing unless the client requests otherwise.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree not to share confidential project information with any third party.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate with written notice. Payments already made are non-refundable.

11. Limitation of Liability

NDS Infotech is not liable for:

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client.

12. Support & Warranty

Basic bug support is provided for 15–30 days depending on the plan. Feature changes, redesigns, server issues, or new requirements are not part of warranty and will be charged separately.

13. Force Majeure

We will not be responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, internet failures, government actions, strikes, or situations beyond reasonable control.

14. Governing Law

All disputes fall under Faridabad/Haryana jurisdiction.
